ILL supplementing, amending, reducing and increasing items of
the existing appropriations from the state road fund to the
department of transportation, division of highways, fund 9017,
fiscal year 2002, organization 0803, all supplementing and
amending the appropriations for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, two thousand two.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:





That the items of the total appropriation from the state road
fund, fund 9017, fiscal year 2002, organization 0803, be amended
and reduced in the line items as follows:

The purpose of this supplementary appropriation bill is to
supplement, amend, reduce and increase existing items in the
aforesaid account for the designated spending unit. The item
Bridge Repair and Replacement is reduced by two million dollars,
General Operations is reduced by five million seven hundred eighty-
four thousand dollars and Appalachian Programs is reduced by thirty
million dollars. The item Maintenance is increased by seven
million three hundred seventy-nine thousand dollars, Interstate
Construction is increased by four million dollars and Nonfederal
Aid Construction is increased by four million dollars, for
expenditure during the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, two thousand two.
